"I think my fine lines look softer?"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks, and I’m a little confused because I didn’t notice much at first. But now my skin does seem smoother, and the fine lines look a bit softer? Not a huge dramatic change, but something is definitely different

"I’ve ordered from Clinique a few times..."
I’ve ordered from Clinique a few times now, i’ve been happy with everything. The products work really well for my skin and definitely don’t feel cheap or flimsy, so I can’t act like the quality isn’t there. But omg, the prices can be a LOT. Like, I’ll add stuff to my cart and suddenly feel personally attacked. I usually wait for a sale, a promo, or one of those free gift deals because paying full price feels slightly dramatic. Shipping has always been fine for me, and nothing has ever arrived broken or leaked everywhere, thank goodness. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s totally worth it when there’s a deal, but at full price, my bank account needs a moment

"The shade match was honestly perfect"

I’ve ordered from clinique.com a few times now and overall it’s been a good experience. My packages usually showed up in about 5 days, so nothing super fast, but totally reasonable. Everything was packed nicely and the products looked legit when they arrived. I also like that they throw in samples sometimes, which is always a nice little bonus. Checkout was simple too. I did message support once about shipping and they basically said, “your order is on the way and you’ll get tracking soon,” and that ended up being accurate. No real complaints from me so far.

"Payment was fast and totally painless"
I paid with PayPal and it went through really fast, like I barely had time to wonder if it was going to hang on the loading screen.

I was a little nervous because my card randomly gets declined on beauty sites sometimes, but clinique’s checkout was smooth and, oh, the total was super clear before I hit pay, which I appreciated. No surprise fee popping up after or anything weird.

The order confirmation email came through right away too. It’s a small thing, but I love when payment just works and I don’t have to contact support or sit there checking if the order actually went through.

"Nice order, but is the shipping a little high?"
I ordered from clinique.com and everything showed up fine, so no complaints about the actual products. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was packed well too. But the shipping cost felt a little higher than I expected for such a small order. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like it should be cheaper or free more often. I’d still order again, I just wish the shipping didn’t make me rethink it a bit.

I’m kind of picky about anything I put on my face because I hate that sticky, heavy feeling, but this one surprised me. It soaks in really quickly and just leaves my skin feeling soft and normal, not greasy at all. I’ve been using it in the mornings, and it sits nicely under my makeup too.

I’m one of those unlucky people who reacts to almost every scented face cream, so I usually end up with watery eyes, a headache, or skin that feels like it’s on fire while everyone else seems fine. I ordered a few fragrance-free items from clinique.com, not expecting much because I’ve been disappointed so many times, but these have actually been okay so far. "Quick shipping, which is what I noticed most"
I ordered from clinique.com and the main thing I was paying attention to was how fast it would get here. I got the tracking email the next day, and the package showed up in about 3 days, which was quicker than I expected.

I did notice the box was a little banged up, so I’m taking off one star for that, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, the shipping was solid and I’d order again...

I usually have issues with skincare making my face super red, but most of the clinique products I’ve tried have been totally fine on my skin. No strong fragrance, which I appreciate, and it didn’t make me break out either. Took off one star bc some of the products are still kinda expensive, lol.

"Solid stuff, my skin’s happy"
I’ve used clinique a few times now. Good. My skin is picky, so I always check labels, and I like that a lot of their stuff feels simple and fragrance-free.
Not everything is magic, obviously. But the cleanser and moisturizer I got feel clean, no weird smell, no sticky finish. Easy 5 stars.

My face used to feel tight by the afternoon (which was so annoying), but that hasn’t really been happening since I started using it. It did take a few days before I noticed a difference, but now my skin feels a lot softer. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I have a couple of tubes of 7-day scrub cream and have learned that they contain microbeads which are killing fish. i need to know how to dispose of my tubes in an ecological fashion. i live by a lake and do not want to dispose of the product in my area. i have used your products for years and was horrified to learn about microbeads. please advise as to their disposal. thanks, anne hatleyannie@gmail.com
